Nick is an experienced, MBA qualified and seasoned C-Suite executive, with many career roles in marketing, product leadership, and general management for both B2C and B2B businesses.  He has broad sector experience including software development, telecommunications, media – on and offline, sport and retail. The majority of Nick’s career has been working in growth businesses, building capacity and capability to make the most of digital transformation to create new business models and opportunities.
Nick has worked for a broad range of companies ranging from FTSE250 to PE-backed and family businesses.  He has a proven track record of achievement, ranging from major growth and customer acquisition activity, redeveloping commercial business models and driving significant product development projects.
Nick’s most recent in-house role was Chief Operations Officer for GuardianCard, a FinTech business, where he played a key role in ensuring the launch was delivered on time and budget within a highly regulated industry.  Prior to that, he led a business transformation process for a leading consumer and B2B telecoms retailer, turning around the business from loss-making to significant profit through a combination of improved process management and sales strategies, before leading a merger with the UK’s largest independent retail co-operative.
