Adam has been a sales professional for over 22 years with 10 of those as a business consultant. His skills are predominantly in sales, however during his time as a consultant he has also worked with business owners in both commercial and operations. He has successfully supported an array of companies ranging from £2M - £15M who have either been looking to get to the next level or required help to turn around their sales performance.

Adam’s expertise is in the following main areas: business turnaround, go to market plans (business startups, new product launches, generating business from new verticals), sales and marketing strategies, business planning, support in procurement (negotiating with suppliers, cost reduction initiatives), operational improvements (process and procedures), virtual sales director (managing, training and re-invigorating sales teams), recruitment and training / development of existing sales teams.
