Nick is a highly experienced commercial director having spent the last 30 years working within both corporate and private enterprises entering into new product environments, securing distribution channels in a variety of geographic areas to achieve high growth and profitability.
He spent the first part of his career working for large financial institutions evaluating credit risk and underwriting project revenue streams; this gave him an invaluable insight into multiple business sectors, from aviation finance to affordable housing projects.
He has successfully scaled a number of start-ups in his career including co-founding an insurance agency which he grew from a blank sheet of paper through to sale over an 8 year period; he then oversaw the integration of the business into the corporate parent over the following 4 years.
More recently Nick has provided business consultancy to large corporates and SMEs in the US, UK and Middle East. He has delivered strategies for growth, the sales process, product innovation and operational management; this included a spell as Chief Commercial Officer with a geospatial intelligence tech firm.
Nick is very personable and an excellent communicator. When he isn’t working he loves sailing and applying his leadership skills as skipper for inshore and offshore yacht racing.
