Nigel is an experienced business leader with a breadth of knowledge across sectors ranging from retail to utilities, telco, media and outsourcing.
His experience, encompassing eCommerce, customer services, business process outsourcing, digital operations and general management, has led to 15 years as a consulting practitioner focussed on real-world delivery and change projects in both the corporate and independent arena.
Originally based with Marks and Spencer, Nigel was part of the team that launched their very first digital offerings, working with organisations such as Amazon and IBM. He subsequently worked on the Selfridges.com launch, before supporting many other companies in their digital journey development, including Shop Direct, Sky, O2 and Npower. Service and operations design and delivery in an environment of growth and change were constant themes.
Nigel now mainly focusses on helping smaller businesses in the commercial and operations space to scale-up, recently supporting a small, growing technology company to launch a new delivery channel for Krispy Kreme, shortly to be rolled out in the USA.
Nigel also brings a wealth of international experience, having delivered projects in South Africa, India, the USA and Australia, and a sound understanding of FS regulated operations.
