Rob is the Founder & CEO of Evoke Management and a CIMA-qualified Management Accountant with a passion for helping business owners grow more profitable, better-performing businesses that are less dependent on them.

Having gained experience within major organisations including JP Morgan, as well as founding, acquiring and investing in businesses himself, Rob combines corporate experience with a practical understanding of what it takes to build and run a business. He understands first-hand the opportunities, challenges and occasional headaches that come with business ownership.

Through Evoke Management, Rob has built a team of experienced fractional Finance, Commercial and Technology Directors who work alongside business owners on a part-time basis, bringing the senior leadership and expertise needed to move their businesses forward.

Rob takes a hands-on approach, working closely with clients and the Evoke team to bring the right people and experience together, whether that's accelerating growth, improving performance, strengthening leadership or preparing for succession and exit.

His passion for connecting business owners also led to Evoke Forward, bringing ambitious founders and business owners together to share experiences, learn from experts and help each other succeed. He also hosts the Move Your Business Forward podcast, sharing practical insights and stories from fellow business owners and leaders.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and his Flat-Coated Retriever, often on or near the water. He's a qualified Yachtmaster in both sailing and motorboats.
