Sam is a commercially focused finance leader who helps SMEs improve profitability, strengthen financial control, and build the foundations for sustainable growth.
With more than 24 years of post-qualification experience and seven years operating at Board Director level, Sam combines deep financial expertise with a highly practical and commercially driven approach. Holding FCMA/CGMA status, she has supported businesses across sectors including engineering, construction, manufacturing, aviation, and digital media.
Sam has led finance functions through periods of rapid growth, restructuring, ERP implementation, and operational transformation. In one leadership role, she played a key part in scaling turnover from £6m to £25m, while improving cash flow, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
Working closely with founders and leadership teams, Sam provides the financial clarity and commercial insight needed to support confident decision-making and long-term business success.
